SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Within Canada

We ship free to anywhere in Canada on orders over $100 (before tax). Please allow 3-8 business days to receive your package once it has been shipped. All orders are shipped using Canada Post or Local courier.

International | Overseas

we currently ship to selected international countries. Please allow 4 to 15 business days to receive your package once it has been shipped. All international orders are shipped using APC Logistics Worldwide Tracked Postal.

U.S.A - IMPORTANT UPDATE

Due to recent US tariff changes, we have temporarily suspended regular shipping to the United States.

For our US customers who need to place orders, please email us directly for special arrangements. We can ship as a gift to help avoid tariffs; however, please note that packages shipped this way will not be insured, and the customer assumes all responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Shipping Carriers

All domestic orders are shipped with Canada Post Expedited service. For International orders, once your package clears customs, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery. For more detailed tracking information, we recommend checking the website of your local shipping carrier (i.e., USPS or FedEx).

Customs & Duties

The recipient is responsible for paying any additional customs or duties fees required for packages.

Essentials by Temi will not be responsible for duties you are charged as these are out of our control.

Returns Policy

Exchanges Only

We have a strict no refund policy but are happy to provide an exchange for any unused products returned within 10 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase from essentialsbytemi.com. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any customs and duty fees.

After 10 days of purchase, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of products. All made-to-order & pre-orders are FINAL SALE.

Damaged Items

If your product arrived defective or damaged, please:

  • Keep all original packaging

  • Take clear photographs of the damage (both item and package)

  • Email us these photos within 5-10 days of receiving your package

We will assess the damage and offer you the best solution available.
