Within Canada

We ship free to anywhere in Canada on orders over $100 (before tax).

Please allow 3-8 business days to receive your package once it has been shipped. All orders are shipped using Canada Post or Local courier.

U.S.A

We ship for free anywhere in the US on orders over $100 (before tax - excluding Alaska and Puerto Rico).

Please allow up to 2-8 business days to receive your package. All USA orders are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority shipping option*.

Shipping Carriers: All domestic orders are shipped with Canada Post Expedited service. For US orders, once your package clears customs, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery. Please note that more detailed tracking information can often be found by tracking your package on the website of your local shipping carrier (i.e USPS or CANADA POST)

*Recipient is responsible for paying any additional customs or duties fees required for packages.

Essentials by Temi will not be responsible for duties you are changed as these are out of our control.

Internationally | Overseas

As of July 10, 2020, we are now shipping WORLDWIDE.

Please allow 4 to 15 business days to receive your package once it has been shipped. All international orders are shipped using APC Logistics Worldwide Tracked Postal. Duty fees and taxes may be applied - Essentials by temi does not cover these fees, it is up to you to cover these fees if they apply to your country’s regulations.


 

Returns & Exchanges


We have a strict no refund policy but we are happy to provide an exchange for any unused products returned within 10 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase from essentialsbytemi.com The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as customs and duty fees.

After 10 days of purchase, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of products. All made-to-order & pre-orders are FINAL SALE.

If the product is defective or arrived damaged, please keep the packaging, photograph the damages and send us an email that includes pictures of the damaged item and package within 5 - 10 days of receiving your package. We will assess the extent of the damage and offer you the best solution available.
